We lead with precision, build with integrity, and bring hands-on expertise to every commercial and residential project.
Our story
4D Development Corp is a full-service construction management and general contracting firm serving the commercial and residential sectors. Co-founded by Robert Foreman and Joseph Diamante Honan, 4D builds upon the strong foundation of Premier Building & Renovations Corp, combining hands-on craftsmanship with experienced project leadership.
Founded in 2007 by Robert Foreman, Premier has provided high-quality general contracting, roofing, siding, exterior envelope, timber framing, and finish carpentry services throughout Long Island, New York City, Westchester, and New Jersey. This foundation brings practical construction expertise and a commitment to quality to 4D’s approach.
4D was established with a clear vision: to unite the craftsmanship and reliability of a self-performing general contractor with the precision, coordination, and leadership of a dedicated construction management firm. Our approach emphasizes thoughtful planning, clear communication, and meticulous execution to bring each client’s vision to life.
